Charles Santiago is not only a fantastic realtor but also a great person. He drove over an hour with a three-hour notice to show us a house that other realtors could not access. While that house did not end up working, Charles was always ready with different options and a positive attitude. Charles showed us houses multiple times a week for about two weeks, always working around our busy schedule; it felt like we were his priority. Charles is honest, fun, genuine, and great company.
