I felt like Charles and I worked very well together. He was very easy to work with and there was zero stress involved on my end during my house hunt. He was always available and met all of the deadlines to a tee. I felt like he always had my best interest in mind and never pushed me to do anything I didn't want. Charles is absolutely GREAT! to work with it. He handled two transactions for us – e.g., the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home and he did so flawlessly.
