Charlie Holmes was the best RE agent I have ever had. He was right "on top" of everything regarding our purchase as well as our selling of our condo, even though we had our own agent for selling. He went to work marketing the listing immediately and I received an offer the day of the first open house. His provided sound advice to evaluate the offers. the pros and cons of each offer, of which I had four within a week. Following the acceptance of the offer, he provided valuable assistance with the move out details. Charles met ever detail he promised in his initial presentation. He and his assistant did an admirable job and I would hire them again and I a strongly recommend his integrity , service and performance to others.
