My husband and I were relocating from Maryland to South Carolina and had no idea where we wanted to live or what type of home we were looking for. Charlene went way above the "line of duty" as our agent! We contacted her in September and explained we were interested in relocating from Kentucky to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Once we finally found "THE ONE", she assisted us every step of the way. She also assisted us when our realtor in Kentucky was not up to par with the sale of our home. With the careful guidance of Charlene, we sold our home in Kentucky and closed on the perfect home for us in Longs, SC. She was diligent with all documents and proceedings right up to the closing of our new home in Longs. We had absolute confidence in her. She made the process smooth. We have nothing but praise for Charlene in all aspects of her job and as a person. We admire her professionalism AND her character.

Charlene put forth a ton of effort to make multiple trips as my home was under construction and I was in another state. She excelled at spotting small but important details and advocating for us when we weren't around.
