Her kindness and her compassion to help others find exactly what they are looking for is beyond what I have ever experienced with any other Realtor. She goes the extra mile to make sure you were getting the best for your money when we did our walk-through she recognized things we did not even recognize because of all her experience. My husband and I were relocating from Maryland to South Carolina and had no idea where we wanted to live or what type of home we were looking for. Charlene knew exactly what questions to ask to help us narrow down our search and identify what was most important to our family. Initially, we focused on pre-owned homes, but after reviewing our budget, Charlene suggested we consider new construction. We never thought a new build would be within our price range, but she showed us several options, and we quickly fell in love with the idea. From selecting a lot to choosing the perfect floor plan, Charlene guided us through every step of the process. Once we were under contract, Charlene continued to go above and beyond. Since we were out of state, she regularly visited the construction site, sent photos, and kept us updated on the progress of our home. She stayed in constant communication with the builder and made sure we always had the information we needed. During our final walkthrough, she even brought her own tape and carefully helped us identify any imperfections that needed attention. Throughout the entire experience, Charlene never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her. She was always available to answer our questions, and if she didn't know the answer, she made sure to get it from the right person quickly. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful long-distance move feel seamless. I would highly recommend Charlene to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Carolina—or even in Maryland, where she is also licensed. Charlene went way above the "line of duty" as our agent! We contacted her in September and explained we were interested in relocating from Kentucky to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She immediately took the reigns and guided us in a search for homes. When we arrived to Myrtle Beach in October, she not only showed us neighborhoods and homes, she assisted us in touring the entire area! She listened carefully to our wants and needs and also guided us in How to list and prepare our current home in Kentucky. From October until March (when our Kentucky home went under contract), she stayed in constant touch with us by sending us listings of homes she thought we would be interested in purchasing. Once under contract for the sale of our home, we returned to Myrtle Beach for a week to secure a home. The entire week, she had us view several homes. Once we finally found "THE ONE", she assisted us every step of the way. She also assisted us when our realtor in Kentucky was not up to par with the sale of our home. With the careful guidance of Charlene, we sold our home in Kentucky and closed on the perfect home for us in Longs, SC. She was diligent with all documents and proceedings right up to the closing of our new home in Longs. We had absolute confidence in her. She made the process smooth. We have nothing but praise for Charlene in all aspects of her job and as a person. We admire her professionalism AND her character.

Charlene put forth a ton of effort to make multiple trips as my home was under construction and I was in another state. She excelled at spotting small but important details and advocating for us when we weren't around. She takes pride in the service that she provides as an agent and her support feels very "personal" to her.
