Charlene went way above the "line of duty" as our agent! We contacted her in September and explained we were interested in relocating from Kentucky to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Once we finally found "THE ONE", she assisted us every step of the way. She also assisted us when our realtor in Kentucky was not up to par with the sale of our home. With the careful guidance of Charlene, we sold our home in Kentucky and closed on the perfect home for us in Longs, SC. She was diligent with all documents and proceedings right up to the closing of our new home in Longs. We had absolute confidence in her. She made the process smooth.
