This is our 4th Real-Estate purchase and there was no bad experience with the other 3 agents. However, working with Charlee was by far the best experience of all. We live in NY and were in no hurry looking for a retirement property with an Agricultural Zone in the Marion County area (we had been to Ocala twice). Our vagueness, unfamiliarity and lack of urgency did not make her job easy. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us many options in different towns. I am impressed by how patient, professional and diligent she is. She responded to my queries quickly and clearly. Her videos and narration were precise and left nothing out, you felt like you were doing an in person tour. Charlee is a hard worker, who seems to enjoy what she does, so everything she does seem like a pleasure to her. We are totally impressed!

Charlee is an expert at her trade. She helped me find what I wanted at the budget I needed (which I imagine was not easy). Nevertheless she encouraged me not to settle for less than what I was looking for. Always patient, answered every question with professionalism and sensitivity.
