This is our 4th Real-Estate purchase and there was no bad experience with the other 3 agents. However, working with Charlee was by far the best experience of all. We live in NY and were in no hurry looking for a retirement property with an Agricultural Zone in the Marion County area (we had been to Ocala twice). Our vagueness, unfamiliarity and lack of urgency did not make her job easy. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us many options in different towns. I am impressed by how patient, professional and diligent she is. She responded to my queries quickly and clearly. Her videos and narration were precise and left nothing out, you felt like you were doing an in person tour. Charlee is a hard worker, who seems to enjoy what she does, so everything she does seem like a pleasure to her. We are totally impressed!

When I met Charlee at a property I found online it was not a good match. Thankfully Charlee brought a print out of a comparable property in the same area and we went to look at that one. The second property was much better than the first and we made an offer that same day. The offer was rejected the first time, but then the sellers ended up doing a price change and Charlee notified me right away. We made a second offer and it was accepted. Then throughout the whole closing process she kept me informed of all the things I had to do and we had a successful closing. Charlee was well informed, professional, offered great advice, and was fun to work with. I am very grateful to her and thankful for all her help and due diligence.

Absolutely amazing! I cannot put into words the tenacity, determination and hard work Charlee put into my family finding a home. She is a realtor who will not take no for an answer. I was turned down by 4 realtors who discourage me because of my approval amount.
