Its nearly impossible to find a house in golden right now and any that do pop up go fast. Chantel was always able to get us into a place fast so we were one step ahead of everyone else. Once we had a house under contract, she did an excellent job of moving things forward and always made sure we had all of our ducks in a row. I am new to the golden area, so I do not know any inspectors, contractors, etc, but Chantel always had a recommendation for anything I needed and I was always impressed with the person she recommended.
