This was our first home buying experience, and being in a busy market, we were a little nervous. We tried to educate ourselves online as best we could, but that could only go so far. We didn't have a realtor and really didn't know how best to find a good one. But luckily, a friend recommended a realtor that she has used multiple times previously. We first met with Chantel at a restaurant to get to know each other and to see if we would be a good fit for eachother. It didn't take long for us to realize that she was the one! She is fun to talk to, has lots of little funny stories, and SUPER knowledgable about the industry. Being a good realtor cannot be easy. She knows all of the ins/outs of the process, and we knew she would guide us in the right direction. Chantel is amazingly accommodating. She always found time to talk to us, to respond to our emails, to help us out, and to show us homes whenever our schedules allowed. She helped us to navigate this busy market and, miraculously, was able to get our home with our VERY FIRST OFFER!
