Chantel not only helped us find our home in near record time, she also gave us some great advice that saved us a bunch of pain in the long run (we wound up breaking our lease to get into the house early, and probably ended up paying $20k less). Let me say that Chantel turned a horrific house buying experience into something magical. I was only 25 and was getting nowhere with my current realtor. She didn’t respect me as a young businesswoman and didn’t think that she should invest her time in me.
