She also managed some problems we had while we were on vacation after our listed home was broken into and the appliances were stolen. She quickly made the necessary phone calls and secured the entry door with a padlock she purchased. Throughout the process she gave us good advice and did her homework on the area and the comparables, making it possible for us to get what was necessary out of our listing. After the agreement to purchase there were some issues with the home to complete the sale, radon and mold.
