We received a full price offer which was more than we expected. He took care of every detail from listing through closing. We will recommend him to others and also list with him again.
Chad was the best realtor I have ever worked with he was always available and answered all my questions without hesitation it was the best and fastest I have ever sold a home
Chad's sold my out-of-state property and handled every Last Detail. He communicated with us everything he needed to communicate and he handled everything. It was a wonderful experience!
Chad not only helped us list and sell our house, but he also helped us purchase our new home. We couldn't buy new until ours sold and the house we wanted was listed for sale by owner. The owner was apprehensive to go under contract contingent upon the sell of our home, but with Chad's help they did sign. Chad then took on working with them as well (they didn't have an agent- selling as owners) with nothing extra in it for him. Chad did what was needed to help me and my family get the house we wanted. we had one day to get my house listed with pictures. Chad was at my house that day to take pictures and help move furniture and other items so we could get the best pictures possible. Chad and his team were able to get us sold and closed on the new house in 30 day! Chad and his team are great to work with! If we ever sell/buy again Chad will be our first phone call.
