Chad not only helped us list and sell our house, but he also helped us purchase our new home. We couldn't buy new until ours sold and the house we wanted was listed for sale by owner. The owner was apprehensive to go under contract contingent upon the sell of our home, but with Chad's help they did sign. Chad then took on working with them as well (they didn't have an agent- selling as owners) with nothing extra in it for him. Chad did what was needed to help me and my family get the house we wanted. we had one day to get my house listed with pictures.
