I've been buying and selling homes to invest in and rehab for a few years now; Chad was the first real estate agent that added the personal touches and made it feel more like it was more than just a transaction or a paycheck to them. Although I'm very experienced in buying and selling, he took his time and explained every step in a manner that everyone can understand. I will be using him again and if I have friends or family that need an agent, he will be the one I send them to.
