Thankful to have Chad in my corner!

Chad was so incredibly patient with us as we really didn't know exactly what were looking for. No matter how many homes we requested to see he was always polite and helpful and never made us feel rushed or that we were being a burden in any way. Once we found the right home, there were several things that needed negotiation and through every step, Chad handled it with class, always fully explained everything, and we never once felt lost or that he hadn't done everything to put us in the best possible position. SO HAPPY TO BE HOMEOWNERS!!! I'm not sure it would have happened if it weren't for Chad!
