Chas was instrumental in getting us the most for our house. It was the first time in 30 years that we moved. We interviewed 4 other agents and Chad came most prepared to partner with us on this opportunity. He took pictures of our house prior to our meeting to help us visualize what the listing would look like, talked us through his strategy on the selling process and followed through on a communication plan. The photographer he used really had an eye for what matters to buyers. The photos and video taken were key to getting a ton of initial interest. He also understood that we didn't want to show the house with an "open house" and modeled a showing strategy that really got a lot of interested people in the door quickly. Once an agreement of sale was in process, he walked us through the details of the close and answered all our questions, so we understood the process through completion of sale. We wish Chad all the best and wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if the need arises for us or any of our family or friends that are in need of an agent that comes prepared to do the heavy lifting.

Chad and Taylor are a very professional, dedicated and experienced team. They explained every step of selling my home from how they determined the sale price to what would happen at closing.
