Chas was instrumental in getting us the most for our house. It was the first time in 30 years that we moved. We interviewed 4 other agents and Chad came most prepared to partner with us on this opportunity. He took pictures of our house prior to our meeting to help us visualize what the listing would look like, talked us through his strategy on the selling process and followed through on a communication plan. The photographer he used really had an eye for what matters to buyers. The photos and video taken were key to getting a ton of initial interest.
