We are glad that he took the intiative to come out to meet us face to face prior to meeting at the first property of interest. So that's a plus. We can not say enough positive things about Chad. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market. He sold our house quickly, and helped us understand every step of the process. He truly helped to keep us calm and focused on our end goal throughout the selling and closing process. The 5 star review is for real! Chad sold my house in a matter of a few mos. At the end of the season. I thought i was going to have to wait until spring.. Chad is nost knowledgeable in all facets of real estate. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator. Keeping me well informed all the way and getting me the best price for my home. He will not disappoint!
Chad was very helpful in the sale of our house. He provided research on similar homes in the area, helped us understand what price to sell at, and helped negotiate with the family that bought our house. He managed the open house, the zillow account, etc. It was a very simple process from our side and we were very happy with the result.
