We truly enjoyed working with Chad. His communication and professionalism were second to none. We've worked with many agents in the past and our experience with Chad has been our best yet. He cared about our needs and was sensitive to both buyer and seller, handling the negotiation and communication with the skill of a seasoned veteran. We would recommend Chad if you have any real estate needs!
Chad helped me find a wonderful place in the neighborhood and price point I was looking for. He was helpful, responsive and easy to work with. We looked at many places before finding "the one". I was able to close in a very competitive market with Chad's help. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
Very knowledgeable about local markets. Always available, friendly and honest. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you for all your hard work Chad. We really appreciate everything you did for us.
Our home buying experience with Chad as our agent was painless and completely seamless. I chose Chad asa our agent because of his strong knowledge of the markets we were interested in, Poway and Rancho Bernardo. I was completely clueless about who to trust as our lender and Chad gave us several recommendations. The person we chose was completely ethical, competitive, and delivered the loan package on time, as promised. No surprises. Chad set us up to review homes online that fit our profile. New listings and changes were sent to us by an email notification. That is how we found our new home. We visited 12-15 homes during this time period, most of which we did not care for. Chad was very good at asking us why we didn't like the home, trying to learn what our hot buttons were and what the deal-killers were. That way he could steer us towards more appropriate listings for our needs in the future. When it came time to offer on the home that we eventually bought, Chad gave great advice on how to approach. I am certain that he read the situation correctly and this resulted in us saving tens of thousands of dollars. Chad recommended a great inspection company, and he was there with me when the inspector verbally gave me his feedback before the report. No corners were ever cut during the process. After the closing, Chad has checked in with us several times and he recommended a trusted floor cleaner (who did a great job) and a handyman who we haven't had a chance to call yet, but we will. I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't want to use Chad Basinger as your next agent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Chad has helped us sell two homes within the past three years (2014 and 2017). Both times, we sold the homes within the first week and were very pleased with the sales price both times. (He has also helped us buy our most recent home, which proceeded very smoothly.) Chad's greatest virtues are (1) his in-depth knowledge of the house buying/selling process and the markets, (2) his communication skills and pleasant disposition, and (3) his exceptional work ethic. As a result of these attributes, Chad makes the buying/selling process extremely painless and easy. He assembles all of the paperwork and explains, in very plain language, everything that you need to know to understand what's happening. He provides very insightful advice on every aspect of the transaction, but his low-pressure approach gives us the freedom to ultimately make our own decisions. And we never once found ourselves waiting on Chad to complete a task to move the buying/selling process along; to the contrary, Chad was always one-step ahead and, if anything, he had to wait on my wife and I to sign the documents he'd prepared for us! I literally cannot imagine a real estate agent providing a smoother selling/buying experience than what we've experienced with Chad. I have recommended Chad to all my friends and family looking for a real estate agent in San Diego County, and I will continue to do so in the future without hesitation.
Chad was a great realtor to work with. Very low pressure. He worked with us for over a year to find our dream home, and never pushed us to settle on something that wasn't right. He felt more like an educated friend than a realtor just trying to make money. During the home buying process he was very available-- on top of everything, texting and emailing us back at all hours whenever we contacted him. He was great!
Chad was absolutely a pleasure to work with through our process of buying our first home. He made the whole experience easy to understand, stress-free and timely! He always made himself available and willing to answer and help with any questions...and we had a lot being first time home buyers. Chad has many years of experience and it is very evident in his work. We always felt like Chad had our best interests in mind and helped us close on the house we love within a 21 day escrow without any issues. I would 100% recommend Chad to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell a home! We never thought our home buying experience would be so seamless...but Chad made it possible.
Chad is knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. After working with high pressure agents that didn't listen well, Chad was a breath of fresh air. He truly understood what we were looking for. And he helped us get the perfect place for our family. We love Chad!
Working with Chad Basinger was a great overall experience. He was extremely knowledgable and responsive at every step of the process. His communication and negotiation skills are excellent, and I would recommend his services to all of my friends.
Chad Basinger was excellent handling our rather difficult transaction. He kept close contact answering all our many questions and provided many resources to assist. Thank you for the personal and professional attention. Kathy Pedrotti
Chad was great to work with through this process. It had been many years since we were in need of a realtor; and, my how things have changed! Chad's expertise in other disciplines was a real compliment to his profession as a realtor. His calm demeanor provided assurance throughout the transaction and allowed us to stay focused on the positive end result!! I would have no qualms in recommending him as your realtor.
Chad helped my buy my first home. I had very little knowledge of the home buying process, and Chad was very knoweldgable and patient explaining what steps are coming up. As a CPA, he was very helpful in helping me determine what I could comfortable afford, and did not try to pressure me into viewing homes outside of my comfort zone. He showed me dozens of properties during my search process and at no point in time did he try to "upsell" a home to me. He wanted to make sure that the home I selected was the right home for me, and one that I could be proud of. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. He grew up in Rancho Bernardo and knew the area extremely well. He gave me tours of the communities and helped me target nice neighborhoods that were in good school districts for my son. Chad also recommended a painting service that did very good job. He also recommended a handyman that did great work for a great price. I would recommend Chad Basinger to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in San Diego. He is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He made my first home buying experience a great one. I will recommend Chad to my friends and family.
