We had a less than great experience with a previous real estate agent and weren’t looking forward to finding a new agent to represent us in the purchase of a home. We met Chad at an open house he was hosting, while this particular home was a little outside our price range he appeared to know all about the property and had clearly done all his research on the neighborhood. After meeting a couple of other agents in similar situations, we called Chad and discussed what we wanted. Long story short, we are really happy we met him. Through the whole buying experience (with a pretty grumpy seller) Chad kept us up to speed and always called back when he said he would, even if it was to answer a stupid question. Thanks, Chad!
