We were actually able to buy a home in December. Chad was not only the listing agent but successfully represented both parties giving the unique times. I found him to be fair on both ends having to negotiate. All of his referrals were great as well.
Chad does a great job and knows his market very well. He is easy to work with and to him there are no silly questions or requests that he won't entertain. He is tireless but doesn't just show everything, he evaluates after listening and works with you to establish your priorities. I highly recommend him as a professional broker.
