When we told him we were going to move out prior to the house going on the market he didn't blink or question us. He stepped up like no agent I've ever worked with before. He coordinated the major final steps of fixing and cleaning and staging the house without any hesitation or questions. The results of his efforts resulted in many quality offers for our house within a few days on the market. Without Chad's dedication and attention to detail and quality of marketing I don't think our house would have sold as quickly or for as much as we finally received.

We had a less than great experience with a previous real estate agent and weren’t looking forward to finding a new agent to represent us in the purchase of a home.
