We started searching for a home shortly after Covid. The market exploded and we had to stop searching for awhile due to so much competition. Chad never gave up on us. Chad is amazing. He helped us find our dream home during the absolute worst time to buy a house. Chad worked with us for a year, found us incredible listings, found out every detail he could about each house and helped us set up showings - all while he was in San Diego and we were in Los Angeles. Chad recently supported us in relocating from Washington State to California. He provided very valuable guidance and expertise that enabled our homebuying process completely remotely and turned this experience to a truly pleasant and smooth process.
