My family moved down to San Diego back in 2018 and we weren’t sure how long we’d stay. We fell in love with SD and were ready to start the buying process in 2023. After doing research on agents in the NE SD area (Poway, RB, PQ), I met with Chad for coffee to discuss our plans and all things real estate. Chad is amazing. He helped us find our dream home during the absolute worst time to buy a house. Chad worked with us for a year, found us incredible listings, found out every detail he could about each house and helped us set up showings - all while he was in San Diego and we were in Los Angeles.
