My family moved down to San Diego back in 2018 and we weren’t sure how long we’d stay. We fell in love with SD and were ready to start the buying process in 2023. After doing research on agents in the NE SD area (Poway, RB, PQ), I met with Chad for coffee to discuss our plans and all things real estate. It was great to know he grew up in Rancho Bernardo, had extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods, and was well connected. I’m confident in saying we wouldn’t own our home today if it wasn’t for Chad’s ability to navigate the offer and escrow process.
