Absolutely spectacular service and expertise! As for savvy marketing skills, I have never before seen brochures, online virtual tours and photos do a property that much justice. My property sold within minutes of listing, and we continued to receive multiple offers above the asking price. We ultimately achieved the highest price per square foot seen in the area in the last 3 years. Throughout the process, Chad always went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. When an evil appraiser almost thwarted the deal, Chad made sure my voice was heard, and went so far as soliciting the buyer’s agent to collectively contest the appraisal. Then when I questioned aspects of the inspection, Chad worked with me to understand and efficiently resolve each issue. Even after the sale, he provided copies of all pertinent data/forms on a handy USB. And finally, he knows the difference between a mean and a median, and who wouldn’t love that? I could not be happier.

Chad is really an amazing person and even more amazing agent. He helped my husband and I buy a home, in a bit of an odd situation.
