Chad & April were very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were moving from out of state so are time line was tight but were able to find a place and within a couple of hours of making an offer we had are new house. April and Chad make the entire process seamless because they do work strongly togerher, I think maybe their only weakness is that they may work too much!
