If we ever did not understand something, they would help explain it. They were always available and always had such great attitudes. Chad and April Emory are amazing at what they do! April helped us find our Florida dream home and then when it came time to move out of state, they both worked hard at selling our home. Finding April through the Facebook community page was amazing! Ever since we connected in March, she was responsive, positive, and always available when I needed her. She eased my mind from Arizona that things were being taken care of. From helping secure our dream lot, to keeping us posted on updates on the build. Upon arrival to Florida in April, we met and it felt like we had know each other a long time. Her kindness and patience helped me and my family find our beautiful forever home and we are truly grateful.

Even when I thought there was no hope for me in this crazy market, they were always looking for options to get me exactly what I was looking for at a price that was agreeable. I’m glad they were looking out for me.

Although my husband and I have bought and sold homes before, we have never bought a home out of state. Unsure of the process, April was there every step of the way to help us find our dream home.
