Chad Adams was a wonderful agent to work with. He was always easily reachable, regardless of day or time (sorry Chad we bugged you so much!). You can tell he really listens, but more importantly he really can read your reactions and thoughts to places shown without saying a word, and therefore gets to know you and your preferences really fast. He's EXTREMELY patient, I cannot emphasize this enough. I NEVER felt pressured by him to make a purchase, like most real estate agents tend to do, so we felt happy with our final purchase without any regret, even in negotiations. He has a wealth of knowledge too, on the location areas, houses, negotiating, vendors to use, and in general the whole process. I feel he went beyond the duty of a real estate agent.
