Chad Adams was a wonderful agent to work with. He was always easily reachable, regardless of day or time (sorry Chad we bugged you so much!). You can tell he really listens, but more importantly he really can read your reactions and thoughts to places shown without saying a word, and therefore gets to know you and your preferences really fast. He's EXTREMELY patient, I cannot emphasize this enough. I NEVER felt pressured by him to make a purchase, like most real estate agents tend to do, so we felt happy with our final purchase without any regret, even in negotiations. He has a wealth of knowledge too, on the location areas, houses, negotiating, vendors to use, and in general the whole process. I feel he went beyond the duty of a real estate agent. He was a pleasure to work with, especially for first time home buyers like us!
We wanted to move from California to North Carolina and Chad helped us. He patiently guided us to various homes we had chosen on Zillow, but none was just right. From contract to closing, Chad sheperded us through the process, even though we were 2,800 miles away. We love our new home, and Chard made it happen.
