I had the opportunity to meet Chad when he agreed to show me 2 properties in North Carolina while I was visiting my niece. I had a very short timeframe, as I was catching a plane back to California the same day. He not only arranged his schedule to show me the properties in my time restrictions, but was able to concisely answer all my questions regarding a real estate transaction in NC. I put in an offer the same day - even though I had really only wanted to check out communities! The challenge could have been communicating and completing documents interstate, and for about a month out of the country. Not a problem. Even with the 5 hour time difference between NC and Ireland, everything went without a hitch.
