10 out of 10. Celeste is very proficient with her job. She and her husband Jeff were knowledgeable with the ins and outs of selling your home. They walked us on the process, provided realistic expectations and suggested effective strategies but at the same time still gave us the freedom to decide on our own. They were excellent in communicating with their clients, even if I was away in a different state and/or country. We were very pleased with our experience.

Great experience with Celeste and Jephta Mcivor. I was a first time home buyer and they helped us by initially educating us on the process of buying a home. Then they helped us trough each step. They helped with the loan process, inspections, closing and negotiations. They also helped me get an excellent deal on my home.

Moving from out of state to AZ, we believe we got extremely lucking in finding Jeff and Celeste McIvor as realtors. After a Zoom meeting introduction, they IMMEDIATELY began sending us homes to review. If we liked a property, they would go out and make their own walk-thru videos for us....(I am a bit embarrassed when I think of how many videos they did) Once we found a home, they gave us recommendations for different contractors when we asked for them (and these folks were also AMAZING). These were for inspection services, landscapers, handyman, carpet people, painting contractors, HVAC...everything. Jeff and Celeste displayed amazing professionalism all while demonstrating extreme patience with us. They also were in constant contact with us as well as our realtor in WA to get status reports on our home sale. As they gave us the keys to our new home, we told them that "thank you" and "our appreciation" are not big enough words to show our gratitude for all their efforts. I have used A LOT of realtors in my life (some were even family and we all know how that goes...LOL), but Jeff and Celeste define top shelf realtors. There are professionals out there who are like auto sales personnel, but these two always brought that friendship feel to their professional character. As we hope to not need their services again, you can be guaranteed we will be referring EVERYONE to them, and also plan on staying, just great people.

Where to start? So knowledgeable about the different stages of the selling process. We were in a bit of a time constraint, and they set us up for success with quick staging, photos, and multi-level marketing! Walked us through the entire process. Home was ready to go in matter of days, with an accepted offer two days after entering the market!!!!  And did I mentioned they got us almost $30K more than the other relators we interviewed suggested we started at. Celeste and Jeff reduced the stressful ordeal of selling a home 10 folds! We are very pleased with them, and plan on selling another family members home through them. THANK YOU to the McIvor team!
