I was amazed that they sold our tenant- occupied house in one week and for $10,000 above asking price! And they found buyers who were willing to wait 60 days to close to accommodate our tenants ! We went on to purchase another house with them because we knew they were trustworthy and would find us the best possible house they could in our price range. Sure enough, they delivered!!
