Celeste and her husband, Jeff, are a joy to work with! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and excellent communicators. I was amazed that they sold our tenant- occupied house in one week and for $10,000 above asking price! And they found buyers who were willing to wait 60 days to close to accommodate our tenants ! We went on to purchase another house with them because we knew they were trustworthy and would find us the best possible house they could in our price range. Sure enough, they delivered!! I highly highly recommend Celeste and Jeff and will use them for any real estate needs I have in the future. Not to mention, they are the nicest people you will ever meet!!

Down to earth, Celeste Mcivor had answers for every question, (and we asked a lot.) Professional, never late to any appointment, and reachable anytime I or my wife reached out, she never left us floating in the wind. Her professionalism was established in her work, which was flawless. The biggest win for her was after showing us a good 6-8 houses, she picked up on my wife and I's little nuances and preferences. She knows people and she knows houses and she matched us perfectly. HIGHLY recommended. We are very happy first-time home buyers and I owe the start of this to her.
