We used this realtor team after interviewing several in Maricopa. The McIvor team did what we hired them to do - sell our home. They were thorough, ethical, professional and they sold our home in two weeks! We did not have to endure any open houses because their marketing worked as they said it would. I’ve bought and sold a lot of properties, but never had such a high caliber experience as this time working with Jeff and Celeste McIvor. We had a long list of “wants” and needs but found our home quickly, and at the right price. They have gone over the top to help make things nice and help us negotiate with the seller to make things work well—for both parties, and most especially for us. They were amazingly patient as we needed a dozen contractors in the house to bid work for us there before closing. We closed yesterday and the contractors can now start right in.
