Celeste was on top of every last detail of the home sale. Her communication skills was outstanding. She stayed in touch continuously answering any and all questions I had. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and have not met anyone who is as good as she is. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best realtor .
Was very professional and efficient. Has done everything I have asked her to do on selling and , The purchasing of my new home. She would be someone I would recommend highly for anyone looking to buy or to sell a home . If I ever have to sell or buy another home again I would have no problem calling Celeste or referring her to anyone else.
This was a new experience for me as the house for sale was my father’s who recently passed away and had a reverse mortgage. Celeste answered my questions very timely. She helped me understand the process. The first sale fell through and Celeste wasted no time in relisting the property. She had a good relationship with the title company. The house didn’t sale for as much as we expected because we didn’t know the condition. The second buyer requested an inspection even though it was listed “as is”. Most of the prospective buyers were investors. Due to the time frame of selling the house and the time wasted with the first offer I had to accept an offer lower than my expectations.
Celeste has a unique ability to be both professional and personal at the same time. She genuinely cares about your situation and respects your "dream", whatever it may be, and she works tirelessly to make it happen. She's honest and has high integrity and is trustworthy. You can feel safe putting your future purchase in her hands. She goes to bat for you and leaves no stone unturned. Cannot say enough accolades. We have been very happy with our decision to work with The McIvor Team.

Celeste was amazing to work with! I had limited buying options but she worked day and night to find me a great home that fit my budget! When there were complications with the seller she made everything work smoothly to close in time. If you’re looking to sell or buy in the valley, you won’t find a better realtor than Celeste!
Celeste is the best Realtor I've ever dealt with. She is very honest, trustworthy, reliable, very prompt on appointments, transparent, and her input, suggestions are spot-on and excellent. She is very cordial and a true professional bar-none. I will refer other friends & relatives to her today & in the future. She also goes out-of-her-way to accommodate our wishes and she's quick in her replies to my texting, inquiries and answers my phone calls right away. She has become a "family" to us too. God bless her in all her future endeavors. We too are blessed to have her as our Realtor. Thank you very much Celeste. Take good care always. JD.
Honest retailer who listens to your concerns. This is the second time we have used Celeste and would highly recommend her. She takes her time to listen to what you are looking for, not a realtor who is just trying to make a fast buck. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I wouldn’t use anybody else.
My husband and I have purchased many homes in our lifetime, with many realtors. Celeste McIvor is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her communication skills are outstanding. We received daily emails with the homes the met our needs. Anytime we had a question or concern she was reachable and responded almost immediately. We would highly recommend her to everybody. She is spot on!!! She was always prompt and took the time to know what we were looking for in a home
