Her advice of doing a 3 week remodel resulted it a full net gain of 10% from the sale of the home. She coordinated everything including the remodel and estate sale! She has an amazing team of contractors. The remodel was done on time and on budget. I was in the home through most of the remodel. But, felt comfortable leaving to return home when they started tearing the floors out. She truly went above and beyond. I just can’t recommend her enough.
