This was a new experience for me as the house for sale was my father’s who recently passed away and had a reverse mortgage. Celeste answered my questions very timely. She helped me understand the process. The first sale fell through and Celeste wasted no time in relisting the property. She had a good relationship with the title company. The house didn’t sale for as much as we expected because we didn’t know the condition. The second buyer requested an inspection even though it was listed “as is”. Most of the prospective buyers were investors. Due to the time frame of selling the house and the time wasted with the first offer I had to accept an offer lower than my expectations.
