I was directed to Celeste by my lawyers. I had to somehow get access to, catalog belongings, find important documents, and see what condition my relatives property was in...this all had to be done thousands of miles away. I was recovering from an accident so I was unable to fly there. Celeste stepped right in and became MY hands and feet. Everything done was as I decided but, by them. And Not only was the property listed and sold by them, but, anything that came up in the process that needed my attention they swiftly contacted me. Each time I reached out to her she immediately took my call and found the remedy needed. Trustworthy, honest, professional, compassionate, and completion always in a timely manner. I am so grateful that my steps were led to them. They were always there for me.
Celeste and Jeff are AMAZING! I can honestly not say enough good things about them! We were completely clueless about buying a house and everything that went into it. They explained everything to us in detail so we knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. After telling them what we were looking for in a home, they went to work on securing us a loan that we could work with and they found us the home of our dreams!! Everything we wanted in a house they found for us at a price that worked for us. I don’t trust a lot of people, but I did put my trust in them and it paid off!! They were on top of everything and made sure our home was move in ready when we got the keys. Not only do I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! They are responsible, honest, respectful and some of the nicest folks you will ever meet!

Celeste McIvor was recommended to me by a lawyer. I live out of state and had a property to sell as part of an estate. Her advice of doing a 3 week remodel resulted it a full net gain of 10% from the sale of the home. She coordinated everything including the remodel and estate sale! She has an amazing team of contractors. The remodel was done on time and on budget. I was in the home through most of the remodel. But, felt comfortable leaving to return home when they started tearing the floors out. She truly went above and beyond. I just can’t recommend her enough.

She cared about our situation and the reason we were selling my Mother’s house, marketed the house on several venues, and in five days we had a full price offer.
