I honestly have so many amazing things to say about Cissy but I will keep this as short as I can. My family and I were in a bind ,we needed to move to Arizona within a few weeks. I called Cissy because my friend Tiffany had always talked about how amazing she was. She sold their last home and put them into their dream home within 3 weeks and right before Christmas. Cissy went above and beyond for them and even sent over guys to put up Christmas lights on their new home. So from this information I knew I was calling the right girl! Cissy stuck by me almost like a best friend would through this hard process of moving to Arizona. She took every text, every call, and every worry. Cissy made me feel like I was her only client even though I know she had many many many. She did everything in her power to get my home sold and always had my best interest in mind. She always put my family first. Cissy keeps it real lol theres no sugar coating and definitely no BS which is exactly what you want in this process! When I was angry she got angry for me, when I was frustrated with this forced move, she was frustrated for me. Ive never experienced this customer service in my life. And it even feels weird calling this customer service because by the end of this all , Cissy truly feels like family or a really amazing friend. I would reccomend her to anyone! Thank you Cissy for everything you did for us.
