The moment we seen the a house on zillow that we wanted to see not even hours after it was just posted we reached out to Cissy. Cissy was able to get us an apt to view the property within 15 mins or so. We knew after that we wanted to make an offer, Cissy was on it. Excellent experience from start to finish. We came across a house we wanted to see on Zillow and for once the agent they recommended was amazing. She met us at the house the same day. She also brought us comparable properties that we could go see if that was not the right fit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She shared her advise that in this crazy market we were working backwards. We were preapproved but would need to sell our house first. After our first meeting we switched gears and focused on prepping our house to sell. The house was put on the market Thursday before Labor Day and was shown as an open house all that weekend. Monday, we had competitive offers over asking. The closing was smooth, effortless and stress- free. We made on the sale above what we were hoping for and that is directly due to the outstanding advice and advocacy Cissy offered. The purchase of our new home went just as smoothly.
