Cecile Duong was a pleasure to work with. She is very patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She is very kind and good hearted. The process went very smooth at the beginning and the end. There were a few hiccups that weren’t her fault but she was able to fix them all and we are thankful! She is someone we would work with in the future.
