I came to Catina with a problematic house. She took over as property manager after a bad experience with the previous manager and did an amazing job turning it around. After a few months and some repairs we ultimately decided to sell the house. The house was in dire need much needed repairs and remodeling so we targeted it to investors. Katina was able to find an investor to buy it from us and although we ran into some issues during the sale we were able to close the transaction. I recommend Catina to other investors when it comes to managing, and selling real estate.
