Cathy was the ultimate professional! She helped us sell our home and purchase a new one in under 2 months in the midst of COVID-19. Cathy made us feel safe as we were venturing into unknown homes and as potential buyers were exploring our home. The photographer, home inspector and appraiser that she used were also extremely professional. She was always available for questions via text, phone and email. My husband I have bought and sold several homes over the years but this was a Gold Star experience! Thank you Cathy - we Love our new home and will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

I never write reviews for anyone or any product, but I feel like I must do one for Cathy. We first met her at an open house she was hosting, and we did not have an agent at that time. I have to say she's one of the most persistent, yet gentle, people I've ever met! She kept in touch but wasn't annoying. We figured out a timeline for the purchase of our home, and she stuck with it. Cathy kept sending me listings months before our active search so I would understand the market, prices and what houses were available in the areas we were interested in. We only visited houses for two weekends and, to my surprise, ended up purchasing the home we saw the first day! And that means Cathy tailored our search to what we were interested in and neither of us wasted any time. She's extremely knowledgeable of the area and pointed out things that could be a potential problem, but we had no idea as we're not familiar with the area at all -- like the scorching sun hitting the backyard in the afternoons :-) Cathy guided us through the entire process, from making the right offer to carefully doing the final walkthrough. She also provided us several recommendations for everything we needed -- and still does!!!! Aside from her expertise, Cathy is a pleasure to work with. She responds to text messages instantly and is always available to answer any type of question. She really made the entire process fun and exciting, and drama-free! And I felt she had our best interest in mind at all times. What else can anyone ask for??? I'd highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, fun and pleasant realtor in South OC!
