Cathy was wonderful. Her marketing skills were great. Sold our house in less than 10 days. She was more than an agent she was like a friend whom you could call and express your concerns or ask advice. She was very helpful in helping us stage our home which helped in our selling our home so quickly. Highly recommend Cathy Verne to sell your home!

My agent Cathy Verne was great. She was very thorough with information shared and she always respond in a timely manner to my inquires. At no time during the process did I feel she wasn’t giving me 100% effort. I am extremely please with the time frame it took to get my home sold. Well done to PSRE and Cathy!

Cathy was superb! If we sell again we will certainly seek Cathy. Prompt, punctual, cordial, honest and assertive when required.

Thanks Cathy! You were very helpful, honest and assertive when required. We very much appreciate your hard work and guidance.

I worked with Cathy Verne when I bought my first house and knew I wanted to work with her again to sell. She is awesome. Very knowledgeable and makes the effort quick and painless. I know she listened to me and she knew I wanted to sell quickly. She would check in often and would recommend how to keep people interested- open houses, lowering the price, etc.- to make sure we kept people looking at it. I have already recommended Cathy to another friend I have getting ready to sell and will definitely be contacting her again in the future when I buy my next home!
