Cathy Verne is the best. She is patient, reliable, honest, fair and a straight shooter. I would reccomend Cathy to anyone. If you are looking for realtor that wants to help you finds your wants and needs Cathy is it. She isn't just in it for making a sale but for making dreams come true.
The agent went above and beyond to help us secure the property.
Both Cathy and Linda were absolutely amazing and helped my wife and I (first time home buyers) find the perfect first home for us! Highly recommend them both!
I started looking with another real estate company and agent. They were too pushy and all about how great they were. Met Cathy when we inquired about a listing. Cathy actually steered us away from homes that would have been a problem down the road. She was very patient and cared about us. She definitely knew a lot about houses. I was impressed.
Cathy was wonderful to work with. She was very patient with me and my requests. The whole process was effortless with Cathy and her team. I will definitely recommend Cathy and Patterson Schwartz!
Cathy is amazing. She's no nonsense, speaks her mind and helps find the perfect place to call home. We would recommend her to any and every body.
Cathy did a great job. She took over early in the process after our original agent was injured and had to have multiple surgeries. Cathy hit the ground running and the handoff was seamless. We found Cathy to be completely honest and forthcoming in all of our dealings. She had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process and was there for us when we needed her. I would feel very comfortable recommending her to a good friend.
It was wonderful working with Cathy. She was very accessible to us and was helpful in all phases of selling and buying.
Patterson Schwartz real estate agent Cathy Verne made my home buying experience the best ever imaginable. She definitely went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. I will definitely make sure I send any potential business her way.
My agent Cathy Verne was extremely helpful. She kept me informed of the process. She is a friendly and understanding person.
Cathy is like a family member whom i share no actual familial relationship with. She is amazing to work with, always responsive, easy to talk to, understands the client’s wants/needs, and does everything she can to help make your experience smooth. She will be my real estate agent for life!
