I initially chose Cathy because she was the most professional of the responders to my online search. I had to deal long distance as I was moving from Alexandria, VA. I gave her my desired list and she was most helpful in helping me find a house that suits my needs. It was a real challenge finding something that was still available by the time I could get there and that was something I could afford and live in. She was always calm and supportive and professional for the 2 weeks or so that it took for me to get a house. She always answered my calls right away, even when she was busy out of the office.
