She was an invaluable aid in the home inspection and punch list process, taking it upon herself to do things such as look up issues in the building code and chase the occupancy permit through the city approval process (because the seller wasn't very good at it). Both the loan officer and the real estate attorney went out of their way to let me know how much help Cathy was providing to ensure that the closing happened despite many delays in the seller's side.
