I used Cathy as a buyer's agent to purchase a condo in Somerville after meeting her at a home she was listing. She impressed my girlfriend and I immediately with her attentiveness to our answers to her questions and to what we looked at or commented on. Throughout the whole process, she took copious notes and remembered all of them. Even though this was my 5th home purchase and I consider myself reasonably knowledgeable, I was constantly impressed at the pieces of advice and process details that Cathy pointed out. She was an invaluable aid in the home inspection and punch list process, taking it upon herself to do things such as look up issues in the building code and chase the occupancy permit through the city approval process (because the seller wasn't very good at it). Both the loan officer and the real estate attorney went out of their way to let me know how much help Cathy was providing to ensure that the closing happened despite many delays in the seller's side.
Cathy was such a fantastic realtor and partner in finding our home! Her knowledge of the area and market was second to none. She pointed out things that we would have never even thought of and provided much needed advice. I would have never known she had other clients because she always seemed to put us first!
