Cathy was wonderful. She is very honest and sincere. She got right back to us after every showing and gave us a full account of the comments and concerns from the people looking at our condo. We sold our condo in order to move back to the south shore. Even though that is not Cathy's area of expertise, she showed up many many houses until we found the one we bought. She gave us so much information on homes before we even looked at them such as flood zone, or the fact the house was under agreement but was still listed as available, she didn't want to us fall in love with the house only to lose it to someone else.

Cathy was so helpful in helping us sell my mom's house. She provided insight into what upgrades were necessary in order to price the home appropriately. Her experience in the real estate process was excellent and so helpful. Mom is 90 years old and Cathy treated her with such respect and explained every thing to her in a way that she could understand.
