Cathy was really great to work with. She is professional, quick to respond, reliable and very knowledgeable. She provided good insights and has a diverse network of professionals (in case you need referrals). She was very resourceful during the entire process of selling our condo. I would recommend her to anyone who is buying/selling a house.

Cathy was referred to me by a co-worker when I mentioned we had decided to sell our house. Our experience with Cathy was fantastic. I came away from our initial meeting totally impressed with Cathys knowledge of the market and her plan to get us the best offer possible. Cathy was easily accessible throughout the whole experience and I have to say I felt so confident in her abilities that it allowed me to relax and just focus on the things I needed to do. We got way more for our house than we had even hoped for because we followed her suggestions. It was a great experience and we will absolutely be contacting her when we are ready to buy.
Cathy made sure the house we purchased was the perfect fit for me and my family. She is passionate for what she does and dedicated to her customer base. Cathy is brutally honest and I know she’s so busy but you would never know it because you get her undivided attention. I don’t know how she does it. She is beyond personable and sends our family cards years later for every occasion/ holiday. We bought our house and moved during the weekend of our son’s birthday and she even showed up with a cake and card for him. Personal service like this no longer exists in this world and Cathy is so genuine in her continued interactions with the clients. You are not just a sale to her and it shows. We recommend Cathy to everyone we know buying a home and always will.
Professional, patient, competent and credible we would not be in our home but for Cathy's assistance! Always available, always knowledgeable, Cathy was invaluable to helping us navigate this horrendous buyers market to arrive at our dream home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.
Cathy was an excellent agent. She provided in depth knowledge of the market & trends. Her suggestions were spot on and she followed up on everything throughout the process. I would definitely choose her as my agent again.
Cathy knows the area well she seemed to have the best interest of my family and helped me see things about the properties even when they weren't what I wanted to see. She helped us notice the good, the bad, and the in-between of each property we looked at.
Cathy was very knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to knowing what is going on in today's market. She also took it upon herself to investigate property and the neighborhoods of houses I was interested in in another State.
I’v had the pleasure of working with Cathy on both rental & and sale property. She is as sharp, professional & highly knowledgeable of the market. She listens to your needs and opinions and offers expert advise! She also responds quickly & provides transparent communication. She was able to sell our place in 1 day after multiple competitive offers & negotiations. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
Secured our Dream Home This was our second time with Cathy as our buyers agent and she once again impressed. Not only is Cathy extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything in the home buying process, but she positioned our offer in a highly competitive market and helped us secure our dream home. Navigating such a competitive buyers market had us nervous but Cathy made the entire process a breeze. I would recommend Cathy to my friends and family without any reservations.
