I just bought a house with Cathy after looking casually for about half a year. Cathy is different from all the other agents that we've worked with in a good way --- she's never tried to push or even encourage us to buy or make an offer, and remained as neutral as possible. She has brought our attention to many drawbacks that we've missed about a property, which I really appreciate. It's like having a cool headed friend that is immune to overexcitment, who also happens to know a ton about houses. We have no regrets. She is extremely punctual and responsive, very easy to communicate with, and have all the characters that you'd expect from a professional. Highly recommended, 10/10.
