Tremendous͏ Realtor! Let me start by stating that Cathy knows her profession, I mean she knocks it out of the park. Her knowledge of real estate shined through from our initial phone communication to our initial face to face meeting right on through the closing and even beyond t. Realizing that Cathy had this wealth of knowledge and experience was extremely comforting. It is always a pleasure doing business with people who know the deal and Cathy definitely knows the deal. Her professionalism is second to none and her excitement during the sometimes laborious process (in our minds not hers) was also a very positive note. She was spot on with her knowledge of the housing market and the pricing of our house. She had our house sold in 3.5 days. It was a whirlwind at times to us but Cathy kept us pointed in the proper direction. She even had attorneys to recommend for the closing process (thank you Cathy). Cathy could set you up with movers, who to pay and when, who to call about water bills. In the end she knew all facets of buying, selling and the process of relocating too. I cannot recommend Cathy enough! Thank you Cathy! Best, Michael and Mary Haines

Cathy has helped us find multiple homes, sell a house and rent out property. Each time, her market experience has helped guide us to achieve our goals.

Exceptional͏ Realtor Cathy is a superstar!! Right from the first time we spoke until we moved into our new home, we always felt that we had someone in our corner. She was very honest, professional and was sensitive to our needs. Our trust in her was repaid several times over. She should be the gold standard of a real estate agent. We will not hesitate to seek her out again the next time we are in the market.

I had awesome experiences working with Cathy from ERA Key Realty in selling my house, and it was a no brainer to then hire her to help me buy my new house. She made the entire process from step 1 of selling the old house, to buying and moving in to the new house extremely enjoyable, and it was such a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

We have personally worked with Cathy many times as well as many in our family! She is like family now and she has a way of making the selling/buying experience a lot less stressful! Always available for questions and helpful info from staging to actually helping pack my car!!! I can not say enough about our experiences with her and recommend her to everyone I know. It’s comforting to know she will always do whatever it takes to make things easier!

I just bought a house with Cathy after looking casually for about half a year. Cathy is different from all the other agents that we've worked with in a good way --- she's never tried to push or even encourage us to buy or make an offer, and remained as neutral as possible. She has brought our attention to many drawbacks that we've missed about a property, which I really appreciate. It's like having a cool headed friend that is immune to overexcitment, who also happens to know a ton about houses. We have no regrets. She is extremely punctual and responsive, very easy to communicate with, and have all the characters that you'd expect from a professional. Highly recommended, 10/10.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Cathy and I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a knowledgeable and attentive professional. Cathy was extremely dedicated to helping us find our new home as we relocated to the area with minimal knowledge of the current market. Cathy went the extra mile and was available to answer any question we had even when she was suppose to be on vacation. Cathy took our portfolio on holiday and was never out of touch to meet our needs. While I hope I don't need to move again, if I do, I will certainly be calling Cathy to assist.. Cathy loves what she does and it is evident not only in her work ethic but also her personality. Thank you for an easy relocation and helping us find our sanctuary in the forest :)

Cathy was amazing every step of the way.. She was really patient with us and Always Made sure that we were comfortable with our decisions. Made our experience in such a hard market

Knowledgeable,͏ Responsive, and Experienced Cathy͏ was wonderful to work with for the purchase of our new home. She made herself available for walk-throughs prior to open houses, had a good feel for the market which helped advise our offer, and provided steady guidance from beginning to end. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an agent to work with in selling or buying a home.
