Cathy has been extremely helpful during the purchase of our new home in Ohio even though we were in New Jersey. She was knowledgeable about the process with a new build, was willing to reach out directly to the builder with any questions or issues that arose, and sent us weekly video updates on the progress. I would, without hesitation, recommend Cathy to anyone who is in the market for a home in Central Ohio.

Cathy Fleischmann did a wonderful job for us both as a buyers’ agent and a sellers’ agent. We were first referred to Cathy by a family friend who had worked with Cathy. We purchased our home in Columbus while we were living in another state. Despite the long distance, Cathy was as communicative with us as if we lived right down the street. She did a great job of keeping us updated on feedback, timing, what to expect etc. which we appreciated. She followed through on her commitments and was extremely responsive to us with questions we had along the way. There were a lot of balls for us to juggle, and she was able to keep everything going and driving to the end goal. As it turned out, when we selling our home, were under contract within 48 hours of it being listed. She made what could have been two very challenging moves, buying and selling a home, into moves that went very smoothly and closed on time. I would highly recommend Cathy. She is personable, a pleasure to work with and knows how to keep things moving.

Cathy is very detailed and extremely responsive and proactive. We were never left wondering what was going on. She kept us up to date at all stages of the process. She was familiar with the area, the community and what it would take to sell, both the pros and cons. She also took care of a few issues that needed to be done prior to listing and after. I can't recommend Cathy Fleischmann enough! She made the entire process of buying a new condo and selling my old one feel seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning, Cathy took the time to really listen to what I wanted in a new home and was incredibly patient as we toured different places until we found the one. She has a great eye for potential and really knows the market, so I felt confident every step of the way. On the selling side, Cathy handled everything with such professionalism. She gave me excellent advice on how to stage my condo, and within no time, we had an offer. Cathy is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so grateful for all her help and would absolutely work with her again in the future!
