Persistence and Excellence!

Catherine has truly been nothing short of wonderful! While I know my home was on the more "affordable" side, she worked for me like it was a "Million Dollar Deal"!!! I had been trying to buy a home through Catherine for about 6 years! But being self employed, and then Covid, it brought some challenges! She hung in there with me, and we kept trying, relying on God to lead us, and His timing to call the shots! And it finally happened! The perfect home, for the perfect price, at the perfect time! Thank You God, thank you Catherine, and thank you to the sellers and their agent! Catherine always made me feel like I was a TOP priority, and her "paycheck" (as small as I knew it would be) was NEVER felt! She navigated me like the Pro she is, and treated me like I was GOLD! We had to work through not only the purchase and negotiations, but also doing a rent-back with the sellers! That took some serious navigating!
