I met Catherine through a mutual friend and decided to take her on as my realtor. She took the time to get to know me and understand exactly what I was looking for. After interviewing, the new team that Catherine has joined, I decided to give them a chance. The house went off the market immediately to be re-staged. Between the new marketing, new pictures, new videos, and new brokerage. (Only Catherine was the same) The house sold on the first day of going back on the market, at open house. The house was finally staged correctly, priced correctly and had the correct team. What a huge difference it is with the right team.
